Paws and Pages Reading Program Membership

Thank you for your interest in our reading program.
This program is proudly sponsored by First Source Federal Credit Union.

All reading program members must have a parent or guardian with them at the training session. This program is charged annually, and costs $10 per child.

By signing up for the Paws & Pages Reading Program you agree to the following: I give permission for my child to participate in activities at Anita’s Stevens Swan Humane Society. I am doing so entirely upon my own initiative, risk, and responsibility. I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors remise, release and discharge Anita’s Stevens Swan Humane Society, its officers and employees from all claims, demands, actions, or cause of action on account of any injury to me, my child, or my property which may occur during my time at Anita’s Stevens Swan. I also give Anita’s Stevens Swan Humane Society permission to use photos/footage of my child(ren) in future publications regarding Anita’s Stevens Swan Humane Society Education programs.
